What do I do if parents say they cannot find their team?
This is usually a naming, grouping, or public-page problem rather than a technical failure.
Quick answer
Check the team name, age group, and public fixtures page first. Then send the parent the live link and tell them where to look.
Check what the parent is seeing
- Open the public fixtures page yourself.
- Check that the team name is spelled the way parents expect to see it.
- Check the correct age group or division is selected.
- Send the parent the live public link and tell them which section to open.
- If the team really is missing, go back to the Teams page and fix the name or division there.
