How do I handle weather delays or a pitch closing?
When weather or a closed pitch changes the plan, update the affected matches in order and make sure the public pages reflect the new timings.
Quick answer
Start with the first affected pitch or time slot, update the fixtures in order, save them, and then tell referees, teams, and parents where to check the latest timings.
Update the affected matches
- Open Scheduling and find the first pitch or match affected by the delay.
- Move or remove the affected matches in the order they happen.
- Click Save before you move on to the next block of changes.
- Open the public fixtures page and check that the new times are showing.
- Tell referees, teams, and parents to check the live link for the updated timings.
