What if a team withdraws or does not show up?
Update the affected matches in order if a team withdraws or does not turn up.
Quick answer
Open the team and fixture list, decide whether to remove or leave the team in place, then update the affected matches and public pages straight away.
Deal with the withdrawal
- Open the Teams page and confirm which team has withdrawn.
- Open Scheduling and find every match involving that team.
- Decide whether you are removing the team completely or keeping the slot in place for the rest of the group.
- Update the affected matches in order and save the changes.
- Refresh the public fixtures page so coaches and parents see the latest version.
