Invite admins and control access
Invite helpers to the tournament and make sure each person has the right access.
Quick answer
Open the access area, send the invite to the correct email address, choose the right role, and ask the person to test it straight away.
Send an admin invite
- Open your tournament and click the access or permissions area.
- Click the button to invite an admin or helper.
- Enter the exact email address they already use or will use.
- Choose the role that matches what they will do on the day.
- Send the invite and ask them to test it straight away, not on event morning.
Check access before matchday
Checklist
- Each helper can sign in.
- Each helper can see the tournament they need.
- Only trusted organisers can change fixtures, teams, or settings.
