How do I fix login or invite link problems?

Most login problems are caused by the wrong email address, an old invite link, or missing access.

Check the email address first. Then resend the invite if needed and confirm the person has been given the correct role.

Try these checks

  1. Ask the person which email address they used when they clicked the link.
  2. Open the invite inside Playlee and confirm that the stored email matches exactly.
  3. If the invite is old, resend it instead of asking them to keep trying the same link.
  4. If they can get in but cannot see the tournament, check their role and permissions.
  5. If it still fails, raise a support ticket with the tournament name, the email address, and a screenshot of the error.
